Grace Weekenders
(That's you!)
The “Weekenders” is not a committee or a commitment— it’s just the term for adults who enjoy outings or social gatherings with other members of Grace!
The goal is for there to be an event every month or so.  It could be a party, a volleyball night, a hayride, a game night, a scavenger hunt or anything else a group of people could do in or around Woodstock.

Would you be willing to come up with an idea and organize one event? Most of the months in 2010 are still unplanned. A poster in the narthex has a list of past events and a sign-up sheet.  Take a look and get inspired!

Dinner Impossible!  - April Weekenders Event


Join the Weekenders for another daring dining experience!  Last year’s Dinner Impossible was a huge success so we’re trying it again. We’ll gather at the home of Rick and Billie Cornell at 5:30pm on Saturday, April 10th.  At that time the “secret ingredient” will be revealed and the men will be sent off to plan, purchase, prepare, and present our “Dinner Impossible”.   The ladies will support the cooks, arrange the tables, share in fellowship, and anxiously anticipate a fabulous dinner. 

Sign up begins the weekend of March 17th and ends on April 4th.  Participants are asked to contribute $10 per person for food costs and bring a beverage of their choice to share.  Any remaining monies will be donated to WACM.
